NORDIC GLAUCOMA MEETING 2025

Exhibition/Sponsors

On behalf of the Icelandic Glaucoma Society, it is a pleasure to welcome you to the Nordic Glaucoma Meeting which will take place in Reykjavik, on May 9 – 10, 2025.
The Meeting venue will be Harpa Reykjavik Concert Hall and Conference Centre – Harpa  

The Chairpersons and Lecturers will come from all Nordic countries, and we expect 200-250 delegates to participate.

You will have an excellent opportunity to present your products and services to the Meeting delegates.

The following exhibition stand areas will be available:
a) Exhibition area: 16 m2 (depth 2m, width 8m) 10 000 €, including registration for 5 delegates
b) Exhibition area: 12 m2 (depth 2m, width 6m) 6 000 €, including registration for 3 delegates
c) Exhibition area: 8 m2 (depth 2 m, width 4 m) 4 000 €, including registration for 2 delegates
d) Exhibition area: 4 m2 (depth 2 m, width 2 m) 2 000 €, including registration for 1 delegate

Please note that the fee covers the floor space only.  
Cost for extra square meter is 500 €
Cost for extra staff badge is 200 €
(All costs are VAT 0%.)

Exhibitors and Sponsors logos and link to their websites will be placed on the NGM2023 website,

The delegates included in the Exhibition area payment are entitled to attend lectures and catering during the meeting (coffee refreshment and lunch, and reception).   The same is included for “extra staff badge”.

The Meeting Dinner will be on Friday, 9 May. The Dinner is optional at 110 €/person.

Cancellation policy:
For cancellations received in writing (email) by February 10, 2025, a cancellation charge of 50% of the total invoiced amount will apply. There will be no refund of the invoiced amount for cancellations made after February 10, 2025.

Exhibition opening hours:
The exhibition will be open during the Meeting programme on Friday and Saturday, 9-10 May 2025. A more detailed schedule will be given later.
Please note that the organizers have the right for final positioning of the exhibition stands.

Terms of payment:
The Exhibition fee will be invoiced once the booking has been made and the payment term is 14 days net.
